On June 3, 2021, the Business and Economic Development Work Group met to review the findings of their outreach efforts.
Highlights include:
- Businesses are willing to provide free wi-fi around their business if they could get high quality broadband for a reasonable price
- Poor and spotty broadband availability is curtailing business growth in Marin
- Digital literacy and access is now a key part of employability, including being able to find and apply for jobs
